Our technical department can offer clients a unique design service. Every mould created is assessed by our experienced designers who are capable of proposing alternative solutions that may affect both the economic and the qualitative aspects of the project.

Our CAD designers are capable of transforming your ideas into three-dimensional prototypes. This technological resource allows us to reduce the lead time between design and realisation thanks to the 3D simulation of all the mechanical procedures required for the creation of the mould.

We are able to design injection moulds for any plastic article or component as well as for our own projects and areas of competence. We are very proud of the service we offer to third parties that accounts for around 70% of the firm’s turnover. We see the relationship with the client as being crucial; we move on from your idea to design, feasibility analysis and production.
